Our work
Archery supports youngsters who have the drive and ambition to have a positive impact on the world.
The individual track provided to each Laureate includes:
- Tailored support over a ten-year span through mentoring
- Financial support in proportion to each Laureate’s needs
- Soft skills development
- Education, training and career advice.
The collective track includes:
- Participation in week-end long campuses and events throughout the year
- Introduction to current social and environmental challenges
- Workshops to boost leadership potential
- Developing a project with impact on key SDGS
A message from..
Thierry Déau
The project was born out of the realization that to tackle the challenges of our times, we need to address the inequality of opportunity in our societies.
Thierry Déau, founder and chairman of the Archery Foundation, discusses his reasons for creating the Foundation with Laureate of the first cohort Kadidiatou Dabo.
