The personal data protection policy of the Archery Foundation (hereafter the “Foundation” or the “Archery Foundation”) covers all data collected through its website and by any contact.
The Archery Foundation is responsible for the processing of such personal data and commit to comply with Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and the EU General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

The Archery Foundation minimizes personal data collected and processes strictly necessary personal data only.
Main categories of Personal Data collected by Meridiam are listed below. All categories of data are not collected for everyone. Depending on your relationship with Meridiam (investors, partners, employees, etc.), one or more of the below categories of data may be collected, in accordance with the sought purposes:

– Your personal and professional details such as telephone number, mail address, email address, etc.;

– Where necessary, your bank account details;
– Data generated by your visit on Meridiam website.
Other data may be processed by Meridiam, in particular to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, for the execution of precontractual or contractual measures, at your request, etc.
The Archery Foundation takes all reasonable measures to ensure your data is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Processing by the Archery Foundation is for explicit, legitimate, and specific purposes. It is mainly for:
– Management of the relationship with the contributors and potential contributors;
– Management of the processes for selection, expertise and implementation of the Foundation agenda;
