A long term support

By supporting our Laureates over a long period of time, we seek to help them become the leaders they already are in their neighbourhoods and schools, on a broader scale.

Through the Archery programme, we want to ensure that they go as far as they can go, that they can achieve their ambitions.

All Archery Laureates are incredibly talented.

No financial barriers or information bias will hinder their progress.

With his mentor that the Laureate will have chosen and the Foundation, the Laureate will be able to progress in their studies and professional project.

The mentor will share with the Laureate their life experience, in order to help them build an autonomous and informed personal project.

Our support

In the framework of the Collective Track :

The Laureate will deepen their understanding of major contemporary issues such as environmental protection or gender equality.
Meetings with changemakers, and in the framework of immersive workshops.
Laureates will be encouraged to better understand their ability to act, and to reflect on how to increase it tenfold by building alliances or partnerships.
Laureates will work on strengthening their oral skills and more broadly their leadership skills through dedicated workshops.
